COACHING OBJECTIVES:
To help a client realize their unique potential they may not have known existed, by first clarifying their goals and vision, then working closely to create a strategic plan to get there as efficiently as possible.
METHODS:
One-on-one, executive coaching, team or group coaching
On-site, phone-based, FaceTime, Zoom, Skype for business, or Go To Meetings
PROCESS:
- Intake session, initial 1-2 hours
- Clarify specific areas for development, coaching plans, and commitments
- Identify stakeholder team
- Identify appropriate instruments, i.e. DiSC®, Forté®, E.Qi 2.0®, MBTI®
- Review results
- Create strategic action steps for personal / professional progress
- Mentor and coach progress
