Sherry Boecher, president and founding partner of In Reach, INC. has 25 plus years in the human resource field. Her career includes teacher, corporate executive, training director, successful entrepreneur, artist, and author. Sherry focuses on peak performance believing our lives are worthy of nothing less.
A native of Southeast Texas, Ms. Boecher graduated with honors, Phi Kappa Phi and holds degrees in both Education and Psychology with an emphasis in adult learning. Lessons learned in the classroom early in her career proved to be invaluable as Ms. Boecher transitioned into the corporate world. She became increasingly interested in why and how some employees could bounce back from adversity to maximize potential opportunity while others became stagnant, leading to a focus on peak performance and leadership.
Sherry is a dedicated mother to four thriving adult children. All that she brings to the coaching and development experience are lessons she has learned and lived both professionally and personally while balancing home, health and career as a single mother. Her four children have gone on to become an IT engineer, HR executive, entrepreneur, author and actress. Her current keynotes include Against All Odds © and Star In Your Own Life ©.
Working with Sherry, you will find she is as passionate about her work today as when she began. She loves working with both seasoned executives and those just starting their careers, mixing both large corporate projects with individual coaching and mentoring.
